Why I Built Functional Chiropractic & Rehab
When I graduated chiropractic school, I was looking for exactly this kind of opportunity.
A place where I could spend real time with patients. A clinic that valued rehabilitation, strength, and long-term outcomes over visit volume. Somewhere I could continue growing under mentorship while becoming the kind of clinician I wanted to be.
That opportunity didn't exist for me.
So when my wife and I moved to Raleigh, knowing absolutely no one, we decided to build it ourselves.
Every patient, every referral, and every relationship was earned one conversation at a time. We introduced ourselves to gyms, coaches, physicians, healthcare providers, and businesses throughout the community because we believed there was a better way to care for people.
Nearly five years later, Functional Chiropractic & Rehab has become the leading cash-based chiropractic rehabilitation practice in the Raleigh area—not because we've chased volume, but because we've stayed committed to a different standard of care.
Over the past five years, we've helped more than 500 active adults in the Raleigh area move better, get stronger, and return to the activities they love. Many came to us after trying traditional chiropractic care, physical therapy, or other treatments without finding the lasting results they were looking for.
We've built a clinic with its own identity—one centered around movement, strength, education, and helping patients become independent instead of dependent on treatment.

What You'll Do
As an Associate Chiropractor, you'll guide patients from their first evaluation through the completion of their rehabilitation program.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering one-on-one, 60-minute rehabilitation sessions combining manual therapy, movement assessment, and progressive strength training.
- Designing individualized rehabilitation programs that produce measurable outcomes.
- Helping patients understand and commit to comprehensive plans of care.
- Confidently presenting treatment recommendations because you genuinely believe in the value of the care you provide.
- Collaborating with our team to continually raise the clinical standard inside the practice.
