We are seeking a highly skilled Rapid Response Paramedic (RRP) to support our expanding Hospital at Home program, delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable RRP who thrives in dynamic settings and is committed to providing extraordinary patient-centered care. We strongly prefer candidates with well‑rounded paramedic experience, including exposure to 911 response, urgent care, hospital systems, mobile integrated health, or similar environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duty is administering basic and advanced life support treatments within the Paramedic scope
Facilitates with in-home telehealth visits and aid as needed during visits.
Safely operating and maintaining emergency vehicles in compliance with laws.
Delivering competent patient care in various settings.
Applying EMS procedures in practical situations.
Interacting professionally with healthcare personnel.
Documenting information accurately in our charting system.
Assisting fellow EMS providers and providing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and restocking supplies.
Adhering to company and local agency policies and protocols.
Demonstrating a clean appearance and professional, ethical behavior.
May be required to administer first aid to injured coworkers when necessary.

Physical Demands

Ability to safely operate EMS vehicles and essential equipment
Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. and push/pull objects over 50 lbs.
Maintain physical agility for safe patient handling in demanding environments
Tolerate extended periods of driving or riding in an ambulance

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paramedic required
Experience in diverse care settings (911, urgent care, hospital systems, etc.) highly preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Current Rapid Response Paramedic certification/license
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Good communication and interpersonal skill
