We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. About the Role

As our Front Office / Treatment Coordinator, you will be the face and voice of our practice; greeting patients, coordinating care, and helping create a seamless experience from the first phone call through treatment completion. This dynamic role is ideal for a personable, proactive individual who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys balancing patient communication, scheduling, treatment coordination, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and check in patients, building rapport and trust from the very first interaction
Build authentic relationships with patients. We value meaningful connections, personalized care, and treating patients like family
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help manage an efficient, productive daily schedule
Verify insurance benefits, assist with billing questions, and submit dental claims (Open Dental experience is a plus)
Confidently present treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance estimates to patients
Confirm appointments and proactively optimize the schedule based on practice flow and patient needs
Assist with day-to-day operational responsibilities, including lab case coordination, perio charting, or occasional administrative/clinical support when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Support the team during short-staffed situations or unexpected schedule needs while maintaining an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

A warm, professional communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and compassionate, especially with patients who may feel anxious or uncertain
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Previous dental office experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with dental insurance, treatment coordination, and financial presentations
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Prior dental assisting experience is beneficial but not required
Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
