Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Insurance Brokers to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with clients in person, educate them on insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process using our established sales presentation system.

Whether you are experienced in insurance sales or looking to launch a new career, Elev8 Financial provides the training, mentorship, and systems necessary to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients face-to-face to assess their insurance and financial protection needs.
Deliver educational presentations using our structured and script-based sales system.
Build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
Present customized insurance solutions based on client goals and circumstances.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients as needed.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings.
Consistently meet personal and team performance goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Coachable and willing to learn a proven system.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable meeting clients in person and working independently.
Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing (where applicable).
