Full Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and building lasting relationships with customers and dealer partners. This position supports both inbound and outbound sales efforts and serves as a key point of contact between customers and Elite Truck.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role has direct visibility into sales performance, customer demand, product opportunities, and market trends. You will engage with customers, manage sales pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative selling and product expertise.

Success in this role is defined by consistently meeting or exceeding minimum monthly performance metrics, including revenue generation, conversion rates, pipeline health, and relationship development with customers.

What You’ll Do

Inbound & Outbound Sales:

Manage incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly to potential customers
Engage in outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Qualify leads and guide customers through the buying process
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer partners

Product Consultation & Sales Execution:

Present and promote Elite Truck products to customers and dealers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate value

CRM & Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions and pipeline updates
Track sales activities, opportunities, and conversion metrics
Ensure timely follow-up and consistent pipeline progression

Market Feedback & Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support campaigns and initiatives
Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, product performance, and market trends
Support trade shows, dealer visits, and customer engagements as needed

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Marketing, Product Catalog, and Operations teams to ensure sales efforts align with customer experience and operational execution.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or equivalentMarketing, or a related field
2–4 years of sales experience in a B2B or industrial products environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management

Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in automotive, parts, or equipment industriesProficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools
Experience working in an e-commerce or product-driven environment
