Full Job Description

Reflections of Hope, L.L.P. is seeking a dedicated, detailed oriented, and compassionate Program Director to work with a population often over-looked and under-served. We are looking for an individual with the abilities to 1) ensure above standard quality patient care, 2) facilitate open and honest communication with patients and colleagues, and ultimately 3) treat patients with utmost dignity and respect.

Program Director

Objective of Position:

►

The Program Director will be responsible for all operations of the treatment program, including, but not limited to:

Compliance with and operating under all applicable federal, state and local regulations

►

governing opioid agonist therapy in an opioid treatment program

►

Ensuring quality of care and best practices as set forth by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)'s Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT)'s Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) #43 titled Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Opioid Treatment Programs

Point of contact for all federal, state, accrediting and other agencies (except for the DEA for which the point of contact will be the DEA Registrant and Chief Executive Officer) Hiring and evaluating the job performance of the Medical Director, Clinical Director, Office Manager and giving final approval to all potential new hires/employees that are under each of the aforementioned positions' supervision

Ensuring the appropriate credentialing, licensing and/or certification for all medical and clinical staff

►

Receiving and addressing patient grievances, and any other responsibilities necessary for the compliance of and the ongoing operations of the opioid treatment program.

►

Budget management, interaction with funders, and oversight agencies, developing marketing plans, and independent decision making

Demonstrates knowledge of program goals by developing and administering all relevant operating standards and procedures for specific program and make appropriate changes in program to reflect agency priorities and strategic planning

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

LCAS, CSAC, CCJAP, CCS as required in state of North Carolina. Minimum intern status with ability to become fully credentialed or licensed within 24 months of hire.

Experience:

Preferred minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a clinician, and 2 years of clinical supervisory experience and or management in an outpatient opioid treatment facility/ dual diagnosis setting. Extensive experience in treatment of substance use.

Pay: $59,177.95 - $62,267.79 per year
