Full Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable to deliver professional administrative support and assist in managing daily operations. The perfect candidate will be proactive, technologically adept, and able to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring confidentiality and precision.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Organize and respond to emails, messages, and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and virtual events
Conduct research and compile information as needed
Assist with project coordination and task tracking
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing support, and document management
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Monitor deadlines and provide reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support day-to-day business and personal administrative needs

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
Professionalism, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or remote teams
Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM systems
Basic bookkeeping or expense management experience
Ability to learn new software quickly
