Description
Meltwater is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to help elevate our brand presence, credibility, and market perception through strategic brand initiatives and programs. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy & Integrated Campaigns, this role will lead key brand-building efforts, including executive thought leadership programming, customer advocacy and review strategies, brand campaign operations, YouTube growth, and brand measurement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized marketer who combines strong project management skills with experience building programs that enhance brand awareness, credibility, and engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with content, campaigns, communications, customer marketing, creative, and executive stakeholders to bring high-impact brand initiatives to life.
Lead speaker recruitment efforts for Meltwater Summit, identifying and securing high-impact speakers across the marketing, communications, and media landscape.
Partner with speakers and internal stakeholders to support content development and ensure presentations align with event objectives and audience interests.
Manage speaker communications, timelines, and logistics throughout the planning process.
Lead Meltwater’s sponsorship strategy and execution for external industry conferences and events, managing vendor negotiations, sponsorship agreements, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Own Meltwater's presence and performance across review platforms, including G2, Gartner, etc.
Develop and execute review generation programs that increase review volume, quality, and engagement.
Lead Meltwater's customer advocacy program by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to identify, cultivate, and activate customers for case studies.
Serve as the project management lead for major brand campaigns, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive projects forward.
Support the development and execution of brand measurement initiatives.
Monitor brand perception, awareness, share of voice, and reputation metrics.
Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to strengthen brand impact and program effectiveness.
Help establish reporting frameworks that connect brand initiatives to business outcomes.
5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, customer advocacy, communications, or related fields.
Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing external stakeholders, speakers, partners, or executive-level relationships.
Familiarity with customer review platforms such as G2, Trustpilot, or similar advocacy programs.
Experience developing and scaling content or channel strategies, particularly for video or social platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and communicating results.
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Overview
At Meltwater, we believe great impact deserves great reward. Our compensation approach is data-driven, market-informed, and built to scale with your growth. We benchmark roles against external market data and use structured leveling frameworks to ensure fairness, consistency, and internal equity across teams and geographies.
These frameworks are based on objective, gender-neutral criteria in line with applicable pay transparency regulations.
For this role, the base salary range is $100,000 – $125,000 USD.
Compensation may also include a performance-based bonus opportunity.
Actual offers are determined based on job-related skills, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location. We typically hire within the range in a way that supports long-term growth, recognizing that compensation evolves as scope, performance, and impact expand over time.
