About Us

Established in 2019, Hitched Boutique was created to fill a gap in the special occasion market for the trendy bride looking for a fun and relaxed experience. Our goal is to provide our brides with exceptional customer service while helping them browse through our inventory of beautiful gowns to find the one at an affordable price. We also offer a tuxedo and suit rental service through Hitched to assist with styling wedding party members.

AVAILABILITY: Available on Thursdays and/or Fridays and work at least 1 to 2 Saturdays per month. Hours usually range from around 10am to 4:30pm on those work days, but can be flexible with class schedule if needed. Willing to commit to working at Hitched through prom season, which is around May 2027, since it takes a while to train. Can continue position past that time if employee chooses.
DUTIES: Perform daily opening and closing duties and weekly checklist. Assist consultant during bridal appointments until trained. Manage and grow our tuxedo/suit program. Measure wedding parties for tux rentals. Design and install window displays. Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok. Repair and spot clean sample gowns. Perform store cleaning duties, steam and inventory gowns. Organize and keep the store in pristine condition. Answer phones, schedule, greet and check out customers. Opportunity to advance into a Bridal Consultant position after training is complete.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST have attention to detail and be organized. Retail and/or past bridal experience a plus. Must have prior job experience. High school graduate. Social media experience including creating content for Instagram and Tik-Tok is a plus. Provide excellent customer service with a professional decorum and mature, outgoing personality. Able to commit to working with us at least through prom season (May 2027) then can stay longer if moving into a Bridal Consultant position.
PAY: ($11 - 14 per hour + Tips) Start at $11 - $12.50 per hour depending on prior experience and will be eligible for first raise after training is complete. Employees that are exceeding expectations will be eligible for additional bonuses and/or raises.
