Full Job Description

Master Sheet Metal is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who has experience operating Haas Mills and Lathe.

Responsibilities:

Operate and Setup CNC Mills/Lathes.
Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors.
Determine fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications.
Maintain quality standards.
Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Review supplied raw material for dimensions, quantity, and defects.
Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity.

Requirements:

Experience using measuring tools and gages.
Must be able to program and interpret CNC G-Code
Ability to read technical drawings.
5 years of CNC milling experience.
Mastercam knowledge and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
