Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bellman/Shuttle Driver, where your enthusiasm and dedication will elevate guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing seamless transportation services. Your vibrant energy and exceptional customer service skills will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while contributing to a vibrant resort or hotel environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions to check-in areas
Provide prompt and safe shuttle transportation for guests to and from designated locations within the property or nearby attractions
Assist guests with their needs using excellent phone etiquette, including answering multi-line phone systems and handling inquiries efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk or shuttle station environment
Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to coordinate guest services smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or customer service roles, preferably within hotels or resorts
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
Strong communication skills, including phone communication, multi-line phone system operation, and professional phone etiquette
Experience in hotel front desk operations, night audit procedures, or guest services is preferred
Ability to handle customer service problem-solving swiftly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for shuttle driving responsibilities
Physically capable of lifting luggage and standing for extended periods during shifts
