Position Overview
As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you’ll play a key role in the successful processing, coordination, and compliance of real estate mortgage loans.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, organization, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Mortgage Processing and Documentation

Compile, prepare, and maintain complete mortgage loan files

Create and review loan, closing, and settlement documents for accuracy

Order and collect required documentation, including title work, appraisals, and insurance
Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure all loans comply with all investor agency/federal compliance guidelines
-
Review disclosures and closing documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
-
Identify potential issues and work with lender to resolve them promptly
Loan Coordination and Relationship Support

Support Mortgage Loan Officer throughout the loan process

Coordinate with title companies. Appraisers, insurers, and correspondent banks
-
Monitor closing timelines
-
Provide accurate information and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders
Team & Culture

Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

Support internal partners with account-related questions

What You Bring
Required
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
NMLS registration eligible
Preferred
-
3 years of administrative support experience preferred or,
-
Prior experience with different types of mortgage loans, escrow and ARM requirements; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
