Full Job Description

Ohnstad Twichell, one of North Dakota's oldest and largest law firms, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/File Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving as the first point of contact for clients.

In this position, you will play an important role in creating a positive client experience while supporting the daily operations of the firm. By welcoming clients, answering calls, and managing documents, you will help ensure the firm operates smoothly and delivers exceptional experience for clients.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients while providing exceptional customer service

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Assist with mail processing and distribution

Scan, archive, and process electronic documents

File, record, and maintain documents and records

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Accurate keyboarding and word processing abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professionalism and a strong customer service mindset
