<Job Overview>
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and food quality. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. <Duties>

Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment through effective training and development.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management, timely food service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Manage customer relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return.
Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and delivery times are met efficiently.
Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and place orders to prevent shortages or waste.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking.
Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee safe handling and serving of all food items.
Conduct staff training sessions on service techniques, food handling procedures, POS operation, and customer service excellence.
Assist with budgeting responsibilities by monitoring labor costs, sales performance, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
Support catering events, banquets, or special functions by coordinating service teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment that reflects the brand’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

<Experience>
Candidates should possess extensive experience in food service management within casual dining or fine dining environments. Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is essential. Prior roles should include managing restaurant operations with responsibilities spanning shift management, team leadership, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is required for efficient transaction processing. A background in culinary arts or kitchen management is advantageous but not mandatory; however, familiarity with food preparation and food safety practices is essential. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership skills through staff training & development initiatives, effective interviewing techniques for hiring new team members, and the ability to handle budgeting tasks confidently. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hospitality environments that demand energetic leadership combined with detailed operational oversight.
