About the Role

PeechiKeen is looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a busy household/principal in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is an in-person role requiring reliable local availability (within 15 minutes of zip code 89129), strong follow-through, and comfort managing shifting priorities across travel, scheduling, and as-needed projects.

What You'll Do

Travel Planning — Research and book flights, hotels, and ground transportation; track and optimize loyalty/points programs; build detailed itineraries for recurring and one-off trips; handle changes and issues in real time.
General Admin & Scheduling — Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, triage email and correspondence, and keep task lists and tools (e.g., Monday.com) up to date and organized.
Research & Special Projects — Take on as-needed research requests, prepare summaries and documents, and support one-off projects as they come up, often with quick turnarounds.
Household & Pet Care — Walk and care for dogs, water plants, collect mail, and help keep the home clean and organized.
Meals & Errands — Plan and prep meals, and order groceries and household supplies.
Social Media Support — Film short social media content and handle occasional posting/scheduling.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, or in a similarly demanding coordination/admin role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research skills and comfort using online tools/platforms to compare options quickly (travel booking sites, loyalty programs, vendor research, etc.).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive personal and financial information.
Comfortable working with productivity/PM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace).
Flexible and responsive — able to adapt to changing priorities and off-hours needs (e.g., travel disruptions).
Must live within 15 minutes of zip code 89129 (Las Vegas, NV area), with reliable transportation to work in-person.
Must be up to date on current social media trends, platforms, and content formats.
Open availability — this role does not have set hours; must be willing and able to work flexible/irregular hours as needed.
Willing and able to travel, including on short notice, to accompany or support principal travel.
Comfortable and experienced with dogs.
Comfortable being on camera or filming short social media clips.
Willing to help with light household chores, meal prep, and errands as part of daily duties.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a household, family office, or small business owner.
Familiarity with travel loyalty/points optimization.
Experience with invoice/vendor review or basic bookkeeping support.

Compensation & Logistics

Salary: $50,000/year
Location: Las Vegas, NV, in-person
Full-time, open availability (no set hours) — must be willing and able to travel as needed
