Full Job Description

Dental Office in Plantation seeking an Office Manager to lead and manage overall operations of the dental office. The Office Manager is directly responsible for the management of the day-to-day business operations by developing a high performing unified office team and cultivating a highly energetic and positive work environment. The Office Manager will promote superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction while striving continuously to improve the office's productivity and profitability.

Office Managers must have:

3 years of dental management experience along with clinical knowledge
Must be exceptional with insurance verification, predetermination, submitting claims, posting payments and dealing with denials
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to apply constructive criticism, and offer new ideas to increase office efficiency
Ability to present treatment plans to patients and discuss financial options/arrangements with patients
Ability to lead and unify team members
Open Dental knowledge is a must

Expectations:

Achieves revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, specialty referral process and miscellaneous operations expenses
Increases and stimulates new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs
Maintains excellent patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and quality of care
Ensures office compliance with different regulatory bodies
Responds to doctor, patient and employee grievances, complaints and inquiries

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday: 8am-5pm and Saturday:8am-2pm
