Clinical Manager – Dermatology

Luminary Dermatology | Full-Time | North Miami Beach/Aventura, FL

Luminary Dermatology is seeking an experienced, motivated, and solution-driven Clinical Manager to oversee and support our clinical teams across both our East and West Coast Florida regions.

This position will be stationed in the North Miami Beach/Aventura area but will travel to other Luminary locations as needed to support our teams, providers, and operations.

We are looking for a natural problem solver and strong critical thinker who doesn't simply identify problems but takes ownership, develops solutions, and works collaboratively to implement them. Our environment is creative, fast-paced, and focused on continuously finding better and more efficient ways to operate.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of clinical teams across both the East and West Coast regions
Work closely with current and future Clinical Team Leads to ensure training, coaching, development, and accountability are consistently accomplished
Support and develop Medical Assistants and other clinical team members
Maintain consistent clinical standards, workflows, and expectations across locations
Monitor staffing, clinical coverage, provider support, and patient flow
Identify operational challenges and implement practical, efficient solutions
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of clinical employees
Partner with providers, Team Leads, and administrative leadership to address clinical and operational needs
Ensure appropriate clinical, safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and OSHA standards are maintained
Provide hands-on leadership and support at locations throughout both regions as needed

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Candidates with a strong clinical background and demonstrated leadership experience will also be considered
Healthcare leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience preferred
Dermatology experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
Ability to independently assess situations, prioritize needs, and bring solutions forward
Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to changing operational needs
Ability and willingness to travel between Luminary Dermatology locations

We are particularly interested in someone who is solution-oriented by nature. When something isn't working, your first instinct should be: "How do we fix it?"

The right candidate will be comfortable thinking independently, troubleshooting problems, developing people, and working alongside leadership to continuously improve our clinical operations.

While an RN background and dermatology experience are preferred, we recognize that the right leader can learn a specialty. We are willing to consider an exceptional candidate with the right combination of clinical experience, leadership ability, critical thinking, initiative, and willingness to learn.
