Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive experience for every guest, making them feel valued from check-in to check-out. MUST be available to work weekends.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Manage reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems
Address guest requests promptly, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary
Support guest relations by providing personalized service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate guest needs and uphold high standards of hotel management

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly PEP or similar platforms, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is beneficial
Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential
Proven ability to problem-solve customer issues effectively while maintaining professionalism
