Full Job Description

Growing Restaurant Group seeking driven and self-motivated individuals to join our
kitchen management team at our current location Allswell in Waterside, Lakewood
Ranch and our upcoming restaurant Delany’s Public House in Main Street, Lakewood
Ranch which is due to open at the end of June 2026.

All Chef candidates will report directly to the Executive Chef in accordance with all
company standards and protocols. Individual job descriptions and responsibilities to be
discussed during the interview process with each individual candidate and will include
but not be limited to the following responsibilities.

* Complete all recipe preparation in accordance with company standards.
* Prepare all food items for guests during service in accordance with company
standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees in accordance with all
health code standards.
* Strong knife skills necessary to perform daily tasks during production and service
periods.
* Training and Supervision of all BOH staff members in accordance with company
standards.
* Create and develop Daily and Weekly specials in conjunction with Executive Chef.
* Meet and exceed company KPI’s
- Food Cost Percentages
- Labor Cost Percentages
- Kitchen Cleanliness Reports
- Customer satisfaction and food quality reviews

Job Requirements:
 Culinary Arts Degree a plus.
 Previous Sous Chef or Executive Chef experience in the culinary field.
 Open availability and schedule flexibility

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
