Full Job Description

Office Manager

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering as necessary
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Manage electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure proper utilization management
- Support critical care teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Stay updated on managed care policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an office manager in a healthcare setting required
- Proficiency in using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of utilization management processes and procedures
