Full Job Description

Century Box a Momentium Packaging Company is committed to providing safe, high-quality food packaging solutions that meet or exceed our customers' expectations and regulatory requirements. We achieve this through our Food Safety and Quality Program. This program includes establishing measurable objectives for product safety and quality, along with employee training and development programs.

Role Summary: The Account Services Representative will be the vital link between our customers, the sales team, and production staff—ensuring projects move efficiently from order to delivery. You’ll manage customer accounts, prepare and process job specifications, and help guarantee that every product meets expectations for quality, timing, and cost.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Act as the main communication hub between customers, sales, and internal teams.
Prepare and communicate job bag requirements and customer information to production and quality teams.
Enter and maintain job work order, specification sheets, and releases in the Encore system.
Maintain and organize customer assets (samples, files, structures, etc.).
Assemble job bags with work order and customer assets.
Assist with new product introductions and business meetings.
Facilitate the resolution of product complaints and serve as a liaison between customers and manufacturing.
Support graphics and structure approvals when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate, retrievable records.
Manage inventory reports for customers as needed.

Additional Duties:

Provide clarification and insight into customer expectations.
Visit customer locations as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Encore systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in folding cartons, printing, or manufacturing customer service preferred.
Detailoriented, accurate, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
