Full Job Description

Plastic Production Associate --> Up to $18.50/hour

Join a Clean, Modern Manufacturing Team in Latrobe, PA

Overnight Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $18.50/hour

Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): $16.50/hour

2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts)

What You'll Do

As an Inspector/Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality products reach customers by:

Inspecting parts according to written work instructions
Trimming, de-gating, and packaging products
Labeling completed packages accurately
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Following gowning and quality procedures
Reporting equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor
Assisting in other work areas as needed
Following all safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Vision of 20/25 or better (with or without corrective lenses)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to quality and safety
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
