Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards are maintained at all times. Your leadership will inspire creativity, foster teamwork, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently for both dine-in, and catering services.
Plan menus that reflect current trends, dietary requirements, and customer preferences while controlling food costs through effective inventory management.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies timely, and minimizing waste to optimize operational costs.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery during all shifts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining establishments, or high-volume restaurant settings with a strong background in food production and kitchen management.
Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse culinary teams effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management within the food industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control strategies, and food safety sanitizing procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Prior experience in managing kitchen operations in restaurant environment is highly desirable.
