Full Job Description

This position is a full-time front desk position on site; working Tuesday - Saturday.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Service & Warranty Manager to oversee and grow our residential remodeling service and warranty operations. This role is responsible for managing a small team of 1–2 field technicians and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong client relationships while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service department team, consisting of 1–2 field technicians.
Oversee and ensure the timely resolution of punch lists, service requests, and warranty claims from initiation to completion.
Schedule service activities and follow up consistently through our CRM system to ensure accountability and client satisfaction.
Order replacement parts as needed and coordinate fulfillment of warranty obligations.
Manage internal and client scheduling to ensure alignment across all teams and clients.
Monitor and meet performance standards for response times, service delivery, and claim resolution.
Track, document, and report on service metrics, including completion rates, timeliness, and billable service work.
Maintain and build strong client relationships, earning trust, satisfaction, and repeat business through regular communication and superior service.
Schedule and manage client appointments for new and/or existing prospects as needed; including scheduling initial appointments, project development meetings and construction start dates.
Conduct bi-weekly client satisfaction check-ins for active construction projects via phone, email, or text.
Greet clients and potential clients at the front desk to discuss their needs.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a construction, remodeling, or home services industry, with experience managing a staff.
Proven ability to managing a department P&L statement and revenue growth profitably while decreasing expenses.
Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and strengthen client relationships and interact with team members at all levels.
Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional follow-through.
Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Technically proficient with software, hardware, networks, data analytics, scheduling software and CRM systems.
Consultative and empathetic problem-solver, able to resolve concerns with patience and professionalism.
Service oriented and a problem solver when addressing concerns.
