Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in managing financial records, maintaining accurate spreadsheets, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Duties

Maintain and update financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Prepare and manage spreadsheets related to budgets, financial reports, and other administrative data.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Support accounting processes by ensuring data accuracy and timely entry of financial information.
Perform general office duties to facilitate efficient workflow within the organization.
Utilize computer skills to generate reports, analyze data, and support various administrative functions.

Experience

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent computer skills with familiarity in office productivity tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
