Hazelbrook Recovery Services was founded in 2016 by Gene Shvedov, whose personal recovery journey inspired a new approach to behavioral health care in Colorado. What began as a vision for individualized recovery has grown into a thriving network that includes clinical services, sober living, a nonprofit community center, and a dedicated behavioral health division. About the Role:

● Clinical Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide both individual and group therapy sessions.

● Client Engagement: Build genuine therapeutic relationships, motivate clients through all stages of recovery, and coordinate closely with peer support staff, case managers, and community partners to help clients stabilize and move toward permanent housing.

● Collaboration & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, coordinate with community partners and care teams, and participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.

● Program Growth: Get in on the ground floor of Hazelbrook's newest program, a brand new outpatient site in Boulder built alongside our recovery home for people exiting homelessness and incarceration. Help shape how it runs from day one.

Opportunities for ongoing professional development and supervision Must Have:

● Experience: At least 1 year of post-grad work experience.

● Credentials: Valid Colorado practice license (LACC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC).

● Registration: Must be registered with DORA.

● Skills: Strong communication, dependability, tech-savvy, flexibility, team player.

● Recovery Status: For candidates in recovery, a minimum of 3 years of abstinence is required.

● Clinical Excellence: Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and goal re-evaluation across various care levels. Nice to Have:

● Experience: Prior work with substance use disorder clients, IOP preferred. Experience with justice-involved or homeless populations is a strong plus.

● Education: Masters in a behavioral health field.

● Expertise: Deep understanding of psychotherapy and treatment modalities for substance abuse. Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) coordination is a plus. Details:

● On-Site and Virtual options available

● Shifts: Flexible with sessions in morning, afternoon and evening.

● Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

● Salary range: $68,000 - $84,000/yr.
