This role demands constant interaction, networking, and seizing every opportunity. Your responsibilities include establishing connections, managing a sales team, inventory, handling new car merchandising and pricing, and leading your team to deliver an unmatched customer experience through our sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring/Firing/Training your sales staff.
Maintain new vehicle inventory turn of 60 days or less.
Meet or exceed all manufacturer sales goals for New and Certified Pre-Owned units.
Meet all manufacturer standards for sales bonus programs.
Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable (LMA).
Maintain an average GP PVR of $3,500 or greater.
Achieve an average output of 15 new and used retail units per Client Advisor.
Complete all required manufacture training and certifications.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of being a high-performance Sales Manager in a fast-paced car dealership environment.
Out of the Box thinker.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a proactive, results-oriented work culture.

Position Overview:

Highlights: Work/life balance, normal business hours, five-day work week (NO Sundays), friendly team atmosphere.
Job Type: Sales Manager
Work Hours: Monday-Saturday, off on Sundays with another day off during the week. Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5.
Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000.
Base Pay: $48,000 - $60,000 + Commission.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Paid Time Off, 401(k) plan, Paid Training.
Location: Denver, CO.

Requirements:

A valid Colorado Driver’s License with a good driving record.
VAuto, CDK, Eleads knowledge and experience preferred.
Computer and Communication Literacy Skills.
Strong Phone Skills.
