Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Generate new and repeat sales by delivering exceptional customer service and actively listening to client needs.
Proactively analyze customer preferences and recommend specific products that align with their needs.
Ask insightful questions to understand customer interests and tailor recommendations effectively.
Overcome objections with confidence, using a consultative approach to guide clients toward the best choices.
Utilize effective sales techniques, including cross-selling, bundling, upselling, and promoting special offers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Participate in all scheduled training, team meetings, and product knowledge sessions to stay informed and grow your skills.

Sales Representative Requirements:

Outgoing, dynamic personality with a passion for sales and building lasting client relationships.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Excellent listening skills with a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and adapt to client needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining integrity and ethical sales practices.
Ability to proactively handle objections and develop creative solutions to meet client expectations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changes.
