We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a well-established 270+ unit residential community in the Cincinnati Metro Area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving occupancy goals, managing financial performance, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Location: Cincinnati Metro Area (Near Butler County, OH)
Salary: $70,000+ per year, plus bonus potential and incentives
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with after-hours availability as needed for emergencies

Who We're Looking For:

3+ years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

CAM® or CAPS® designation.
Experience working directly with property owners.
Yardi experience.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations to create an exceptional living experience for residents.
Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain high community standards.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and occupancy goals to maximize property success.
Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
Enforce community policies and procedures while fostering a safe, welcoming environment.
