Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a thriving team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for the food industry and proven management experience to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service flow
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to deliver high-quality dining experiences
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Train, develop, and mentor team members to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment
Implement budgeting strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all areas of the restaurant

Skills

Must have at least 4+ years restaurant management experience
Strong back-of-the-house experience
Extensive experience in food service management within quick service casual dining environments
Strong knowledge Toast POS
Proven ability to supervise staff effectively through training & development initiatives
Skilled in inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management practices
Excellent leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, hiring, and managing teams
Deep understanding of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and food safety compliance
Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of food production and guest satisfaction
