The Opportunity:

This role will involve working with various stakeholders to assess needs, design and deliver high-quality professional development programs, and provide expert guidance on improving educational outcomes.

Hours: part-time during school hours

What You’ll do:

Needs Assessment and Data Collection:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in educational settings.
- Design and implement data collection methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, observations, existing data analysis) to gather relevant information on current practices and desired outcomes.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
Program Design and Development:
- Develop and design innovative and engaging professional development programs, workshops, and resources tailored to the identified needs of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Integrate best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design into all professional development offerings.
- Create comprehensive curriculum and materials for professional development sessions.
Facilitation and Delivery:
- Lead and facilitate professional development sessions, workshops, and training for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies to maximize participant engagement and learning.
- Provide expert coaching and mentoring to educators and administrators.
Consultation and Strategy:
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation to educational institutions on various topics, including curriculum development, instructional strategies, assessment practices, and school improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop actionable plans and implement data-driven solutions.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on current research and educational trends.
Evaluation and Impact:
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of professional development programs and consulting services.
- Utilize data to assess program outcomes, refine offerings, and demonstrate return on investment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness and recommendations for future improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
