Estimator and Project Coordinator

Randy’s Flooring is seeking a full-time Estimator & Project Coordinator. If you are experienced in flooring and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! This position is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of flooring industry experience (required)
Strong estimating skills with a proven ability to measure, quote, and plan projects accurately
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications and installation requirements
Positive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
Self-motivated and career-focused

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate on-site measurements and detailed project estimates for residential and commercial flooring projects
Coordinate and manage all phases of a project including client meetings, estimating, scheduling, and follow-up
Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle
Maintain strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and product applications
Participation in events and trade shows representing Randy’s Flooring

Experience & Education:

3+ years of experience in the flooring industry (required)
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Prior estimating experience strongly preferred
Construction knowledge and field experience a plus
