Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

United Services is looking to hire full-time a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in our Primary Care program which is part of the Comprehensive Services Division. Comprehensive Services’ goal is to help transform community behavioral health systems and provide comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care and medical care. The focus is on integrating care throughout the behavioral and medical health system to benefit individuals meet their recovery goals. Comprehensive Services focuses on delivering person-centered care. Medical Assistant/Phlebotomists will provide high quality customer service and assist members of the primary care staff, clients and their families.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Salary: $18.14 - $20.52

Bilingual- Spanish/English Fluency: $19.06 - $21.56

Job Location: In-person

Education Requirements:

Associates Degree and two years relevant experience in a medical setting

or high school diploma (or equivalent) and four years relevant experience

in a medical setting.

Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required

Experience:

Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system required
Appropriate experience in Phlebotomy required
Completion of Phlebotomy program preferred
Two years of experience in primary care setting with similar volume preferred

Certification:

First Aid and CPR certification
National Certification (NCCT or ASCP) or equivalent preferred
Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
