Payroll Manager
Description: United Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Manager to join our Business Office. Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of all payroll functions for more than 220 employees. This role serves as the primary resource for payroll processing, payroll system maintenance, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and employee support related to payroll matters.

What You Will Do (Day- to-Day):
Payroll Administration
Payroll Compliance and Reporting
Accounting and Financial Support
Collaboration and Training
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $70,000- $75,000 (based on experience)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field plus two years of relevant experience or Associates Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field plus four years relevant experience.
