Full Job Description

A well-established, family-owned automotive group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to

join our team.

This is a growth position, not a replacement. We continue to expand our operations and are

looking for an exceptional leader to oversee the dealership accounting office.

Qualifications

7+ years of franchise automotive dealership accounting experience
Complete monthly financial statements
Daily reconciliations
Deal posting and deal breakdowns
Sales tax reporting
Payroll processing
Weekly factory composites
Daily cash management
Financial statement review and analysis
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
DMV processing
Human Resources administration
Employee benefits and healthcare administration
Insurance administration
Lead, manage, develop, and hold an office team accountable while fostering a positive,

professional culture

Strong understanding of dealership accounting systems and internal controls

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional integrity, strong

leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and developing an

accounting office team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and

leads by example.
