Full Job Description

The Baillie Group is a cohesive, unified group of hardwood producers working cooperatively together with each retaining their distinctive and valued cultural identities.

The Baillie Group's Rip Division is looking to add a motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team located Sherburne, NY. We are a leading commercial hardwood lumber manufacturer that is experiencing exponential growth, producing a variety of building products for numerous industry sectors. We are seeking a skilled employee to assist with the day-to-day operations.

· Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Starting Salary: $17.50/hour - $21/hour

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

· Compile data and prepare reports for daily meetings.
· Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
· Preparing shipping documents for both domestic and export shipments.
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Assists other office staff as required.

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

· High School Diploma
· Office experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
· Knowledge of SAP a plus
· Attention to detail is key to this role.
· Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
