Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly creative, Front Desk & Operations Associate to be the driving force behind The Movement Lab. We need a true "go-getter"—someone who takes initiative, executes tasks efficiently without needing constant supervision, and thrives on getting things done. You will serve as our welcoming face while simultaneously acting as a creative engine, managing our digital presence and streamlining our operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute to the growth of our business. In addition to operational tasks, you will gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Duties

Operational Execution: Manage front desk operations, calendar coordination, and scheduling using Calendly with a focus on efficiency and zero-friction problem-solving.
Content Creation: Act as our creative lead for social media—you will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing engaging content independently using tools like Canva.
Digital Mastery: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to draft communications, manage workflows, and handle administrative inquiries proactively.
Client Experience: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of The Movement Lab.

Requirements

Proactive Mindset: A "go-getter" who is comfortable taking the lead on tasks and solving problems independently.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with modern digital tools, specifically ChatGPT, Canva, and social media platforms.
Creative Flair: Demonstrated ability to create eye-catching social media content without requiring constant oversight.
Operational Excellence: Strong computer literacy with Google Workspace and a proven track record of staying organized under pressure.
Industry Interest: A genuine passion for Fascial Stretch Therapy, physical therapy, or movement rehabilitation.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
