Full Job Description

Join a Physician-Led Med Spa with Decades of Trust

The G Spa is a physician-founded medical spa serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Aesthetic RN to join our growing team — someone who's hands-on with treatments, has a steady hand with injectables, and enjoys the fast-paced, client-focused energy of a med spa setting.

This is a true hands-on aesthetic nursing role: you'll be performing treatments yourself, not just assisting. If you love aesthetics, thrive with autonomy, and want to work somewhere your clinical and cosmetic skills are both valued, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Treatments

Perform injections (Botox, Rejuran, etc.) — required
Perform laser treatments ans RF microneedling treatments
Perform body contouring procedures
Recommend and sell skincare products tailored to patient needs

Patient Care

Lead patient consultations, treatment planning, and care under physician direction
Own the full pre- and post-treatment patient experience
Educate patients and caregivers on procedures, medications, side effects, and physician instructions
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment; ensure cleaning and sterilization standards are met

Documentation & Operations

Chart treatment and progress notes per G Spa policy
Manage collection, storage, and secure access to patient/clinical records
Maintain medical supply inventory

Team & Growth

Help train fellow staff members
Support marketing efforts as needed
Work independently as a confident self-starter

What We're Looking For

Active California RN License
Current BLS (ACLS a plus, not required)
2+ years of aesthetic nursing experience with hands-on injection experience (neuromodulators required; laser, body contouring, Rejuran, or RF microneedling experience a plus)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Zenoti software a plus
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (must be able to commute to San Francisco, CA — ideally within 30 minutes of Union Square by transit)
