Note: This position is only open to experienced Lead Technicians with residential A/V and other smart home electronic experience. If you do not have industry-specific experience you will not be considered, and should instead explore our Apprentice Technician position, specifically designed to develop people into a lead technician role.

Job Details / Day-to-Day:
- Review project of the day at the office.
- Go to your pre-staged work van (courtesy of our fully-stocked warehouse).
- Install products, rough-in new construction, trimming, and installing finished.
- End your day at the office and enjoy food at our company-stocked kitchen, including a full-size fridge and cooler.

Qualified Individuals:
- 2+ years of Residential Audio Video Experience
- Understanding of residential construction methods and practices. (Rough-in, final trim, technology finish install.)
- Ability to work on ladders, in attics, subareas, and equipment closets.
- Understanding of A/V system setup, wiring termination and testing, and can troubleshoot/diagnose networks.
