Medical Engineering Solutions Account Manager (OEM | Life Sciences)

Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on winning complex business and building long-term partnerships in the medical and life sciences space?
We’re looking for a Medical Solutions Account Executive to drive revenue growth across a dynamic territory by securing new OEM projects and expanding existing accounts. This is a high-impact role where technical aptitude meets consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of territory growth by combining solution selling, technical insight, and relationship-building to win business and deliver value.
- Drive revenue growth across the U.S. (with some exposure to Canada, Mexico & Latin America)
- Identify and win opportunities across:
- Catalog products
- Product variations
- Custom molded components
- Position solutions in:
- Product protection
- Medical packaging
- Custom components
- Single-use labware
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to bring opportunities to life
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through a mix of hunting, farming, and networking
- Deliver compelling presentations (including Lunch & Learns) to engineering, quality, and executive stakeholders
- Own forecasting, CRM activity, and territory performance reviews
- Represent the company at industry trade shows
What You Bring
- Proven success in OEM or technical sales within medical/life sciences markets
- Strong solution-selling mindset with the ability to navigate complex buying cycles
- Technical aptitude with experience selling custom or engineered products
- Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and territory management skills
- Willingness to travel ~60%
