What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Owning end-to-end architecture design for enterprise solutions, translating business requirements into technical vision and design patterns
Leading technical teams through solution delivery, mentoring architects and engineers, and raising the quality of architectural decisions across projects
Defining and communicating technology strategy, standards, and patterns that align solutions with organizational goals
Collaborating with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to scope complex initiatives and manage architectural trade-offs
Applying enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) to document, validate, and communicate solutions
Contributing to technology selections, system integrations, and platform strategy, particularly around enterprise systems such as SAP and ERP environments

Must-have

10–15 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems design, or enterprise technical leadership
5+ years leading and mentoring technical teams
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise solutions, architecture patterns, and technology strategy
Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML for system modeling and design communication
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
TOGAF 9 Certified
SAP Certified Professional or equivalent ERP systems expertise
Experience in digital transformation or business process optimization
