Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This pivotal role involves managing food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The Kitchen Manager will drive efficiency, uphold quality standards, and foster a positive team environment to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service.
Implement and enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet restaurant demands during peak hours.
Conduct regular staff training sessions on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service, and safety procedures.
Analyze profit and loss reports to optimize operational efficiency and support budgeting efforts.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to sanitation standards and promotes team safety.
Support catering events or banquet services as needed while ensuring seamless execution of food production.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles.
Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing staff and conducting team training sessions.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
