Full Job Description

Introduction:

Abbey Senior Health is a 55-bed skilled nursing facility located on the beautiful campus of the Village of St. Mary’s in O’Fallon, Missouri. Our commitment to providing exceptional care for aging adults in a faith-based environment is at the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking a full-time Server to join our dedicated Dietary team

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Take orders and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables
Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
