WB Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder/Fabricator in O’Fallon, MO to join their dynamic team!

If you have welding and fitting experience, can read blueprints confidently, and know your way around weldments, you’ll fit right in with this position!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fit, fabricate, and weld complex assemblies and weldments
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Measure, layout, and fit parts accurately prior to welding
Work to aerospace‑driven quality and tolerance expectations
Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout fabrication
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with fabrication and machining teams as needed
