What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Analyzing accounting processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Gathering and documenting business requirements from finance and accounting stakeholders
Supporting the configuration, testing and implementation of SAP or other ERP systems
Translating technical capabilities into clear guidance for accounting teams
Facilitating communication between finance leadership and technology partners
Contributing to change management and user adoption during system transitions
Preparing documentation, training materials and process guides
Testing system functionality and reporting issues or gaps

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

2–5 years of experience in accounting operations, finance analysis or accounting systems support
Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems
Understanding of accounting processes, controls and financial workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather requirements clearly and communicate with both finance and technical teams
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

SAP Certified Professional or equivalent ERP certification
Experience with change management or system implementation projects
Familiarity with accounting automation or process improvement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
