Full Job Description

Position Summary

Cura Management Group is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead Registered Nurse for our IV hydration and wellness clinic.

The Lead RN will administer IV hydration therapies, vitamin infusions, and wellness injections while overseeing clinical safety, documentation, inventory, staff support, and the overall patient experience.

Previous experience working in an IV hydration center, infusion clinic, wellness clinic, medical spa, or mobile IV service is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and review medical history, medications, allergies, and vital signs.
Insert IV lines and administer approved IV hydration therapies and injections.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
Recognize and respond to adverse reactions or clinical concerns.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Educate patients about treatments, aftercare, hydration, and wellness services.
Train and support nursing and wellness staff.
Maintain clinical supplies, medication inventory, and treatment-room readiness.
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and safety standards.
Provide professional, compassionate, and five-star patient service.
Explain memberships, packages, and treatment options when clinically appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous IV hydration-center experience.
Experience in an infusion clinic, wellness clinic, medical spa, or mobile IV service.
Charge nurse or clinical leadership experience.
BSN and ACLS certification.
Experience training clinical staff and managing medical inventory.

Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
