Our Pediatric Dental offices are located in Frankfort, Oak Lawn, and Orland Park Illinois and proudly serve the dental needs of infants, children, and teens (including those with special needs) in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Position Summary:

Bite Size Pediatric Dentistry is seeking to add an Office Support position to our administration team to help the back office with administrative tasks, event planning, and internal office marketing for the team! This is a non-patient interfacing role supporting marketing, operations, human resources, and owners of the practice. This is a part time position, approximately 15-25 hours per week. This role requires occasional travel between our three locations (Frankfort, Oak Lawn, and Orland Park), with Frankfort serving as the primary home base.

Event planning (including team spirit days, employee appreciation days, holiday party planning, team days, in-office events such as baby or wedding showers, potlucks, etc.)
Maintain staff birthday/anniversary schedule and celebrate
Maintain holiday schedule and coordinate in-office celebrations/decorations
Assist marketing team with in-office contests (set-up, take-down, announcements, etc.)
Assist marketing team with community events (parades, sponsorships, patient appreciation, etc.) as well as occasional attendance
Assist operations and HR with team meeting coordination, lunch ordering and announcements
Coordinating uniform embroidering when needed
Recognizing need for employee "merch" and collecting orders
Social media content creation
Running errands to pick up supplies for in office celebrations, lunches, etc.
General administrative, operational, and personal assisting tasks as needed

Please note: this is not a front desk or reception position. This role is only focused on back-office administrative tasks.

Qualities:

Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, organized, and likes checklists and processes (and has lots of team spirit!) You must enjoy supporting and helping others on your team. Technical experience is not required, but we prefer someone with a desire to learn new things.

Experience:

Experience working in an office performing clerical or administrative tasks is preferred
Experience with scheduling events
Experience with personal assisting business owners is preferred
Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Asana project management is preferred

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday through Friday. (Days may vary depending on events going on that week.)
