Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, ensuring variety and quality
Oversee food production, ensuring all dishes meet high standards of presentation, taste, and safety
Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
Oversee shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining team morale
Supervise dietary department activities, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests
Monitor food service operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals in both restaurant and catering settings
Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety protocols

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in restaurant management or executive chef roles
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with banquet experience, catering operations, and large-scale event coordination
Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety standards (such as HACCP), and food industry best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts effectively, and resolve operational challenges quickly
Experience working within the hospitality sector with a focus on customer service excellence
Well-versed in food handling regulations, dietary accommodations, and kitchen safety procedures
