Full Job Description

This Tax Senior role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a generalist and wants to keep building their technical skills rather than being pushed into one niche.

You'll work with family owned and closely held businesses, preparing and reviewing business, fiduciary, and individual returns while getting involved in projections, planning conversations, and the technical questions that help clients make better decisions.

The work goes beyond compliance too. You'll have exposure to foreign tax, payroll tax, and sales and use tax, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience over time. If you already have SALT experience, that's a bonus. If not, you'll still have the chance to learn.

The firm has built a culture around helping people grow. Alongside your development based annual bonus, you'll receive profit sharing through the 401(k), CPA reimbursement, structured mentoring, regular career conversations, and ongoing internal and external training.
