Clinic and School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Make a Lasting Impact Where Students Learn

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. – Identifying Patterns, Changing Trajectories

Are you passionate about helping students succeed in the classroom and beyond? At Patterns Behavioral Services, we're looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs.

Our school-based BCBAs play a vital role in helping students develop the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally.

What You'll Do

As a Clinic and School-Based BCBA, you will:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide consultation and behavioral support within school settings to promote positive student outcomes.
Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques and classroom interventions.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) providing direct services.
Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and analysis and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized educational and behavioral planning.
Complete timely documentation while maintaining the highest standards of clinical and ethical practice.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on ABA best practices.
